Message & Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Rates depend on your mobile carrier and your current phone plan. Same Day VA LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier in connection with SMS communications.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Same Day VA LLC cannot guarantee delivery of SMS messages and is not responsible for any failures in SMS delivery caused by mobile carrier networks or technical issues beyond our control.

Age Restriction

Venue

The USER expressly agrees that this agreement is to be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the state of Wyoming and of the United States and FURTHER AGREES that the sole and only venue and jurisdiction for any action under the terms of this agreement shall be in the County of Sheridan and State of Wyoming. USER expressly consents to the personal jurisdiction of State and Federal Courts for said county and state for any and all actions arising under the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Termination

These Terms of Use are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms of Use by destroying all copies and installations of products and services obtained from us. The agreement will automatically and immediately terminate without notice should you violate any terms of this agreement. Violating our Terms of Use, Copyrights, or any of our licensing restrictions will result in termination of membership and forfeiture of all reseller licenses without notice or refund.

Strict No SPAM Policy

PLEASE DO NOT use our services to send any sort of spam communications. SPAM shall include but is not limited to the sending of any electronic mail message with the primary purpose of commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service. DO NOT include ANY reference to Same Day VA LLC and/or Same Day VA in any such correspondence. Anyone reported to Same Day VA LLC for sending SPAM will be immediately reported to the FTC for violation of the CAN SPAM Act of 2003. Any Same Day VA LLC member, affiliate, or user that uses SPAM in any relation with the Same Day VA LLC website shall have their membership terminated immediately, will forfeit any affiliate commissions, will be reported to the FTC, and will be held both legally and financially responsible for their actions.
