Welcome to the user agreement (the "Agreement" or "User Agreement") for Same Day VA LLC. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our products and services. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not permitted to access our website, resources, or services.

Same Day VA LLC and/or Same Day VA may be used interchangeably throughout this User Agreement. The terms "we", "ours", or "us" may be used interchangeably throughout this agreement and refer to Same Day VA LLC and/or Same Day VA.

SMS Terms of Service

Description: Same Day VA LLC offers an SMS messaging program for customers who opt in through our website at https://samedayvaloan.com/optin. By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our opt-in form, you agree to receive text messages from Same Day VA LLC. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders related to your VA loan consultation, follow-up communications regarding your consultation request, service updates related to your VA loan process, and, if you have separately consented by checking the marketing consent checkbox, occasional marketing messages and promotional offers from Same Day VA LLC.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your consultation activity and the consent preferences you selected.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially through our website at https://samedayvaloan.com/optin and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Venue

The USER expressly agrees that this agreement is to be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the state of Wyoming and of the United States and FURTHER AGREES that the sole and only venue and jurisdiction for any action under the terms of this agreement shall be in the County of Sheridan and State of Wyoming. USER expressly consents to the personal jurisdiction of State and Federal Courts for said county and state for any and all actions arising under the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Termination

These Terms of Use are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms of Use by destroying all copies and installations of products and services obtained from us. The agreement will automatically and immediately terminate without notice should you violate any terms of this agreement. Violating our Terms of Use, Copyrights, or any of our licensing restrictions will result in termination of membership and forfeiture of all reseller licenses without notice or refund.

Strict No SPAM Policy

PLEASE DO NOT use our services to send any sort of spam communications. SPAM shall include but is not limited to the sending of any electronic mail message with the primary purpose of commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service. DO NOT include ANY reference to Same Day VA LLC and/or Same Day VA in any such correspondence. Anyone reported to Same Day VA LLC for sending SPAM will be immediately reported to the FTC for violation of the CAN SPAM Act of 2003. Any Same Day VA LLC member, affiliate, or user that uses SPAM in any relation with the Same Day VA LLC website shall have their membership terminated immediately, will forfeit any affiliate commissions, will be reported to the FTC, and will be held both legally and financially responsible for their actions.

Communications

By utilizing the Same Day VA LLC website and opting in through the consent checkboxes on our forms, you give us permission to contact you via SMS with regards to your consultation request, appointment reminders, and support-related matters, and if you have separately consented, occasional marketing communications.
